기둥은 고층 건물처럼 지음.
도로는 일반 다리처럼 road-deck을 clain으로 끌어올려서 잇기는 힘듬.

따라서 양쪽 끝에서 지어나가야 함.
미리 만들어 놓은 도로를 잡아당기면서 도로를 계속 이어나감.
